These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Magnitude Network App, accessible via mobile devices. By accessing this application, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Magnitude Network App immediately.

1. Terminology
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any related agreements:
- “Client”, “User”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the individual using the App and accepting these Terms.
- “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Magnitude Network.
- “Parties” refers to both the Client and the Company.
Any use of the above terminology in the singular, plural, or any gendered form is considered interchangeable and refers to the same entities.
2. License & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Magnitude Network and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all material within the App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not:
- Republish, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any material from the App.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense any App content.
- Modify or create derivative works of App content without written permission.
3. User Comments & Content
The App may allow users to post comments, opinions, and other content. Comments do not represent the views of Magnitude Network, and we reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or violates these Terms.
Content Standards
- You own or have legal rights to post the content.
- Your content does not violate intellectual property rights.
- Your content is not defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or harmful.
- Your content is not used for unsolicited advertising or illegal activity.
License to Magnitude
You grant Magnitude Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and edit your Comments in any form or media.
4. Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our website or app content without prior approval, provided links are not misleading, do not imply false sponsorship, and do not appear out of context.

5. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our website and to modify these Terms and the linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our content, you agree to comply with updated Terms.
6. Content Liability
We are not responsible for any content appearing on third-party websites linking to ours. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from content on your website.
7. App Description
The Magnitude Network App is a mobile application designed to deliver an optimized mining-like experience on mobile devices.
Important Notice
The current version, pre-2.0, does not use blockchain technology and does not create cryptocurrency or tokens. Magnitude Network may consider blockchain integration or token creation in the future.
8. Eligibility
To use the App, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- If using the App on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authorization to bind that entity.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully.
You agree not to:
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its servers.
- Interfere with App functionality.
- Use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, branding, and technology within the App are the property of Magnitude Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. Privacy

12. Termination of Access
Magnitude Network may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for violating these Terms, abusing app features, or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ends.
13. Inactivity Policy & Account Termination
To maintain fairness across the network, Magnitude Network enforces strict inactivity policies.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no mining activity for 6 months will be marked as inactive.
Mined Balance Deduction
Magnitude Network may deduct part or all of the mined balance from inactive accounts.
Account Deletion
Extended inactivity may result in permanent account deletion, including all earned balance.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for staying active and informing their teams or referrals to remain active.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnitude Network is not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, indirect or incidental damages, service interruption, or account loss due to inactivity. If the App is provided free of charge, we cannot be held liable for any form of damage.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Magnitude Network harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
