Magnitude Network

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Magnitude Network App, accessible via mobile devices. By accessing this application, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Magnitude Network App immediately.

1. Terminology

3. User Comments & Content

• Comments do not represent the views of Magnitude Network.
• The Company does not pre-screen or review comments before posting.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

By posting Comments, you confirm that:

• You own or have legal rights to post the content.
• Your content does not violate any intellectual property rights.
• Your content is not defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or harmful.
• Your content is not used for unsolicited advertising or illegal activity.

You grant Magnitude Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and edit your Comments in any form or media.

4. Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our website or app content without prior approval:

• Government agencies
• Search engines
• News organizations
• Online directory distributors
• Accredited businesses (except non-profit solicitation groups)

Links must not mislead users, imply false sponsorship, or appear out of context. Other organizations may request approval by emailing us at support@magnitude.network.

5. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our website and to modify these Terms and the linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our content, you agree to comply with updated Terms.

7. App Description

The Magnitude Network App is a mobile application designed to deliver an optimized mining-like experience on mobile devices.

8. Eligibility

To use the App:

• If using the App on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authorization to bind that entity.

13. Inactivity Policy & Account Termination

To maintain fairness across the network, we enforce strict inactivity policies:

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no mining activity for 6 months will be marked as inactive.

Mined Balance Deduction

Magnitude Network may deduct part or all of the mined balance from inactive accounts.

Account Deletion

Extended inactivity may result in permanent account deletion, including all earned balance.

User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to stay active. Users with teams/referrals are responsible for informing their members to stay active. This policy ensures fairness and equal opportunity for all users.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnitude Network is not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, indirect or incidental damages, service interruption, or account loss due to inactivity. If the App is provided free of charge, we cannot be held liable for any form of damage.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Magnitude Network harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
